Our Story:
Our client has a vision to transform patient experience in the underserved markets by bridging the gap which exists in primary healthcare. Our client is introducing a hybrid healthcare and fulfilment model that helps connect patients in underserved markets to healthcare providers and other key ecosystem players digitally and executing it through a robust 3-tier model of Hub, Spoke and a network of satellite health centres.
The Manager of Diagnostic Sales will be responsible for driving B2B sales of diagnostic services to corporate clients, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions within an assigned region.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the diagnostic industry, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to acquire new corporate and institutional clients, focusing on diagnostics packages, health check-ups, and other specialized services. Business Development:
Actively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the B2B segment, including corporate tie-ups, hospital partnerships, and other institutional collaborations.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and influencers in client organizations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the B2B diagnostics space.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, marketing, and medical teams to ensure a seamless client experience, from initial contact to service delivery and post-sales support.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
