Role Overview:

- We are hiring a Business Analyst-AI to work closely with our leadership across operations, supply, finance, and business. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves using data, logic, and AI tools to solve real business problems and make decisions smarter and faster. We believe AI will be a "massive force multiplier" across logistics.

- You'll collaborate with non-tech teams, turn data into insight, and experiment with new-age AI tools (like ChatGPT, Notion AI, LangChain, etc.) to automate and improve internal processes.

- Ideal for someone early in their career, looking to combine classic business analysis with modern AI-enabled problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Problem Solving & Analysis :Partner with ops, supply, and finance teams to identify business bottlenecks and inefficiencies

- Use structured thinking and data to recommend solutions

- Perform cost, productivity, and process analysis using Excel, dashboards, and SQL

AI-Enabled Workflow Design :

- Experiment with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation bots, voice/text assistants, etc.) to build smart solutions

- Pilot low-code/no-code or API-based solutions for quick business wins

- Identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual work, improve accuracy, or speed up processes

- Reporting & Dashboards : Build clear, concise dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs

- Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership

-Project Execution : Support execution of cross-functional projects - from idea to implementation

- Work closely with tech and product teams when needed to integrate solutions

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, or analytics

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience or interest in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Bard, LangChain, voice bots, API integrations)

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and a working knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, outcome-driven environment

- Self-starter with a builder mindset ; ready to learn by doing
