Sourcing Associate:

6-8 years of experience in woven kidswear sourcing.

Salary: Up to 12 LPA


Sourcing Lead:

8-12 years of experience in woven kidswear sourcing.

Salary: Up to 18 LPA



We are looking for professionals with extensive experience in vendor management and woven kidswear product sourcing. The ideal candidates should have a strong technical background in woven fabrics, specifically for kidswear, and be adept at managing a large vendor base and a high volume of product options.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain a strong vendor base for woven kidswear sourcing, focusing primarily on 85% girls’ and 15% boys’ categories.

• Possess a deep understanding and technical knowledge of woven fabrics used in kidswear.

• Effectively manage a large vendor network, ensuring consistent quality and timely deliveries.

• Handle a monthly volume of 300-400 options in the woven kidswear category.

• Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to meet product development timelines and quality standards.



Preferred Experience:


• Strong preference for candidates with a background in sourcing woven kidswear (girls’ and boys’ categories).

• If candidates with kidswear experience are not available, we are open to considering those with experience in women’s western wear sourcing, particularly in woven fabrics.
