The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding top IT professionals across technologies like Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, and Data.Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end IT contract recruitment for multiple clients. - Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and internal databases. - Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients. - Negotiate contract rates and terms with candidates. - Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for recurring contract roles. - Work closely with HR & Operations for onboarding and extensions.Requirements- 3–6 years of experience in IT Contract Staffing / C2H hiring. - Strong understanding of IT skills & technologies. - Excellent sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills. - Experience with ATS tools and MSP/VMS clients preferred.
