Hello All,Greeting's from ZettaMineJob Description: Duck Creek Claims Application DeveloperLocation: Mumbai/PuneExperience Required: 4+ YearsRole OverviewAs an Application Developer – Duck Creek Claims, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Duck Creek Claims applications to meet business and operational requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insurance claims solutions, contribute as a subject matter expert (SME), and ensure seamless system functionality aligned with organizational goals.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and configure Duck Creek Claims solutions to support business processes and claims workflows.Perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Duck Creek Claims modules.Participate actively in team discussions, sprint planning, and design reviews.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Provide effective solutions to application-related issues and enhancement requests.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues.Collaborate with business analysts, QA, integration, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documentation, including application specifications and configuration details.Support testing activities (unit, system, and UAT) and ensure quality deliverables.Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, coding standards, and best practices.Professional & Technical SkillsMust-Have Skills4+ years of strong, hands-on experience in Duck Creek ClaimsIn-depth understanding of Duck Creek Claims architecture and configurationStrong knowledge of insurance claims lifecycle and workflowsExperience working across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Hands-on experience in application troubleshooting and debuggingGood-to-Have SkillsExperience with application development frameworksFamiliarity with database management systems and data modeling conceptsExposure to system integrations and web services (REST/SOAP)Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesIf interested, share your CV to aruna.m@zettamine.com or WhatsApp your profile to 6302404863.Thanks & Regards,Aruna.M
