Key Responsibilities:

1.      Target driven: Recruitment is competitive and target driven. Candidate should be confident, passionate, ambitious and self driven to deliver and exceed the expectations in meeting the target closures and ability to time management to meet business requirements.

2.      Speed and know the essence of value of time in filling the open positions. Be an aligned reliable partner with Business managers to understand business requirements, needs and develop effective hiring strategies for SAP IT positions.

3.      Multitasking understanding the Job description in-depth, source, screen, and interview candidates, handle end-to-end hiring cycle for SAP technical roles, including but not limited to SAP consultants, developers, architects, and analysts.

4.      Communication and Marketing skills, utilize various recruitment channels and techniques to identify and attract top SAP talent, including Professional Networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and industry events. Market and promote the company services and offerings to attract the passive candidates build the pipeline for current and future demands.

5.      Team Working, Listening and Problem solving skills, collaborate with team members, cross-functional teams by setting example knowing how to coordinate with people to achieve set goals.

6.      Conduct thorough technical assessments and evaluations of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational needs.

7.       Coordinate and Collaborate with hiring managers, facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and managing candidate communication, negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

8.      Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the SAP and other technologies to inform recruitment strategies and enhance candidate experience.

 

Qualifications:

¨     Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

¨     Minimum 2 year of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on SAP IT roles.

¨     In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, modules, and platforms.

¨     Proven ability to effectively source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions with niche and super niche skills.

¨     Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and employment compliance.

¨     Energetic and participative to build innovative work culture with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with effective email and business etiquettes.

¨     Ability to take pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

¨     Any certification or relevant technical certifications is a plus.
