About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP SD Specialist to join our Information Technology & Digital division. This role is critical in supporting and enhancing our Sales and Distribution (SD) module within SAP. You will work closely with business units and technical teams to drive the implementation of innovative solutions, resolve ongoing issues, and enable a seamless Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

If you're passionate about leveraging technology to improve core business operations and have hands-on experience in SAP SD, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a strategic function of a reputed organization.

Key Objectives :

- Analyze business needs and translate them into SAP SD solutions.

- Implement changes and enhancements to SAP SD in alignment with business priorities.

- Ensure stability, scalability, and compliance of the SAP SD module across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SD-related business processes and SAP solutions.

- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancements related to SAP SD through internal Helpdesk and other support channels.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users and developers, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of SAP solutions.

- Convert business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with ABAP developers to implement the required changes.

- Configure the SAP SD module using SPRO to meet business process requirements.

- Participate in full lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, blueprinting, solution design, configuration, functional documentation, testing (unit & integration), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Translate high-level business concepts into detailed and executable functional SAP designs.

- Plan and execute test cases to validate system changes, ensuring error-free releases.

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within SD operations.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science / Information Systems / IT

- B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent education

Required Experience & Skills :

- 4-7 years of hands-on experience working with SAP SD module

- Proven experience in SAP configuration related to Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, Shipping, Credit Management, etc.

- Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process

- Experience in SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects

- Familiarity with ASAP (Accelerated SAP) methodology

- Ability to write functional specifications and communicate technical requirements

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured problem-solving approach

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
