Job Title: Certinia PSA (FinancialForce PSA) Consultant

Experience: 5–9 years

Location: Remote

Engagement Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize Certinia PSA (FinancialForce PSA) to align with business requirements.
• Design, develop, and optimize workflows to automate PSA processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Integrate Certinia PSA with other enterprise applications and systems.
• Provide end-user training, create documentation, and deliver ongoing system support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the PSA platform.

Technical Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA / FinancialForce PSA modules.
• Strong understanding of project management, resource management, and billing workflows in PSA.
• Proven expertise in workflow automation within the Certinia ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform basics (configuration, customization, reporting).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
