Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Government Affairs Manager with a go-getter attitude to lead our government relations and public affairs efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with government officials, navigating the RFP process, driving successful outcomes for the organization, and proactively engaging with Relations:

- Proactively identify and build relationships with key government officials and decision-makers at the local, state, and federal levels.

- Represent the organization's interests in government affairs and policy discussions.

- Build coalitions with other organizations and stakeholders to advance shared goals.

- Regularly update contacts on the company's latest achievements, initiatives, and industry advancements.

RFP (Request for Proposal) Management:

- Identify and track relevant government RFPs and EOI opportunities.

- Develop and execute comprehensive RFP response strategies, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.

- Coordinate internal resources and subject matter experts to prepare high-quality RFP proposals.

Communication and Outreach:

- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to raise awareness of the organization's mission and priorities among government officials and the public.

- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and talking points for meetings with government officials.

- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and public

Advanced degree in MBA(Sales & Marketing), political science, public policy, law, or a related field.

Experience:

- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in government relations, public affairs, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of success in complex government Expert-level interpersonal and networking skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.

- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to distill complex policy issues into actionable insights.

- Superior project management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

- Deep understanding of legislative and regulatory processes, with a proven track record of influencing policy outcomes.

- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.

Additional Requirements:

- Established network of high-level contacts within government agencies.
