We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in Web3, React/Next.js, and Node.js to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about building innovative dApps, integrating smart contracts, and working across the full stack—from UI to backend infrastructure—this role is for you.Who You Are • 3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer • Proficient in React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Strong experience with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL • Solid understanding of Web3 technologies: Ethereum, Solidity, EVM, Wagmi, WalletConnect, Web3Modal • Hands-on experience with smart contract development and integration • Familiar with modern UI libraries: TailwindCSS, Chakra UI, Styled Components, Mantine • Experience with state and data handling: Redux, React Query, Formik, React Hook Form • Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean), and server configurations (Nginx, Apache, Caddy)What You’ll Do • Build and maintain full-stack dApps and Web3-integrated platforms • Develop and integrate smart contracts using Solidity and Web3 tools • Convert Figma designs or ideas into clean, scalable, and reusable frontend components • Create RESTful and GraphQL APIs and integrate them with frontend • Collaborate with blockchain and product teams for end-to-end feature delivery • Optimize application performance, security, and user experienceTech Stack We Use • Frontend: React, Next.js, Typescript, TailwindCSS, Shadcn/UI • Backend: Node.js, Express, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL • Blockchain: Solidity, Ethereum, EVM, Wagmi, WalletConnect • DevOps: AWS (EC2, Amplify, Lightsail), DigitalOcean, CI/CD with GitHub Actions • Others: GraphQL, Apollo, Strapi, Firebase, Socket.io, Leaflet, Google Maps✅Why Join Us • Work on meaningful and impactful Web3 projects • Fast-paced startup environment with growth opportunities • Competitive compensation and potential equity options
