Job Summary:

As a fund manager comes several responsibilities. The primary responsibility is to research and determine the best stocks, bonds, or other securities that fit into the investment strategy of the fund that fulfills the requirements of the investors or outlined in the prospectus. Individuals who pick the career of a fund manager buy and sell stocks, bonds, or other securities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Managing in-house Fund of PRP Wealth, Cash flow management, Placement of FDs, Investment & monitoring Debt/ Equity MF

2. Monitoring and selling of listed Equities, Interaction with Merchant Bankers (MBs) to assist in discussions on strategic sale options.

3. Meeting the management of companies to gain insights about the businesses.

4. Portfolio construction and stock trading to utilize the short-term opportunities based on technical and fundamental analysis

5. Track macroeconomic variables & other developments across sectors.

6. In-depth research on the company through financial statements, and participation in calls & management meets.

7. Constantly engaged with Mutual Funds/AMC including analysts and fund managers to stay up to date about the market

8. Proficient in Private Equity and Equity Valuation, applying comprehensive analytical skills to assess and optimize investment opportunities within diverse asset classes.

9. Monitor portfolio investment risks and implement mitigation strategies. Leveraged extensive cross-domain knowledge and global multi-asset class exposure to enhance investment strategies and reduce volatility.

10. Holistic and bespoke advisory & execution services to ultra-high net worth individuals, families, trusts, and corporate entities & institutions around the world.

11. Responsible for establishing and managing the portfolio, especially focused on domestic and various international markets to maximize return on investments within agreed risk parameters and benchmarks, in line with directives.

12. Detailed Due Diligence, Execution, Oversight & Monitoring (to ensure the Investments are in line with the agreed strategy & Governance framework)

13. Perform and document in-depth risk & return analysis and present clear recommendations with all supporting material for every stage, with plans of action, to the Investment Committee, including processes for Investment, Monitoring, Divestment,

14. Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders nationally to ensure access to the best investment opportunities and maintain a solid track record.

15. Use the FM expertise in portfolio management, risk assessment, and investment analysis to drive success for a progressive financial institution.

16. To empower clients to accomplish their investment objectives and optimize returns and provide clients with unparalleled service while executing a disciplined investment strategy.

17. Collaborating with top management to develop and implement investment strategies aligned with company goals.

18. Conducting comprehensive financial analysis, identifying key trends and risks, and presenting investment recommendations to management to select stocks and sectors.

19. To keep track of sector-specific news, and themes and analyze the technical and fundamentals of stocks to make informed investment decisions.

20. Keeping a close eye on global markets and economic trends, interest rates, etc. to keep the team up to date for making smarter decisions.

21. Tracking results seasons and providing regular updates on selected sectors and stocks with YOY and QOQ comparison.

22. Providing options strategies assistance in hedging and accumulation of the stocks with payoff workflow.

23. Providing Technical and Fundamental views on the stock as and when required by the management.

24. Producing Short and Medium Term Technical and Fundamental research calls with Stop Loss and Targets.

25. Tracking selective international market stocks and providing regular news updates on them. Keep in check with cryptocurrency markets to find out regular news flows.

26. Developed and implemented risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses, resulting in eliminating portfolio volatility.

Qualifications and skills:

CFA / CA / MBA with 15 - 18 years of work experience in Portfolio management / as a Fund Manager (with requisite NISM certification as applicable).
