Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned and passionate Software Development Lead with a strong technical background in Java and J2EE to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring efficient software development through Agile methodologies, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and expertise.

- Break down project requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring successful communication and alignment with stakeholders.

- Champion Agile methodologies, facilitating effective planning, development, and delivery processes.

- Foster a collaborative and communication-driven environment within the team.

- Identify and manage risks and dependencies within the project.

- Implement and maintain best practices for code quality and maintainability.

- Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Possess a good working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (mention specific tools if preferred).

Qualifications :

- 7-12 years of experience as a Java developer with a proven track record of leading development teams.

- Strong expertise in Java and J2EE architecture principles.

- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their effective implementation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

- Proven experience in writing clear, concise, and well-defined user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.

- Experience working in a CI/CD environment (mention specific tools if preferred).

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
