About the Role :We are looking for an experienced Technology Specialist Microsoft to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, administering, and troubleshooting Microsoft infrastructure environments, including Active Directory, O365, Exchange, and Azure AD. This role requires a strong technical foundation, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively across IT functions.Key Responsibilities :- Manage, administer, and troubleshoot Active Directory, Office 365, and Messaging environments.- Work with Microsoft Entra Connect for on-premises identity synchronization with Azure AD and Single Sign On (SSO) configurations.- Gather requirements and assist in SOW (Statement of Work) creation.- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for O365 administrative tasks and reporting.- Handle eDiscovery and advanced mailbox search activities.- Manage hybrid Exchange Server environments with Office 365.- Work on anti-spam, mail flow, and related messaging configurations.- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Autodiscover, SPF, DKIM, and public DNS management.- Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Exchange Online, and other Microsoft cloud products.- Monitor service health and performance of Office 365 and related services, taking proactive measures to mitigate issues.- Configure and maintain security and compliance settings to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.- Stay updated with Microsofts latest features and capabilities, planning and executing upgrades and migrations as needed.- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for procedures, processes, and configurations.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Windows Administrator / O365 / Messaging Specialist.- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, O365, Exchange, Azure AD, and Microsoft Entra Connect.- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.- Experience with hybrid Exchange environments and mail flow management.- In-depth understanding of DNS, SPF, DKIM, Autodiscover, and email security best practices.- Familiarity with Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.- Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate are preferred.
