Video Colourist

We’re looking for a Video Colorist with 4–5 years of experience who can take raw footage and transform it into cinematic, emotionally resonant visuals. Our work is driven by emotion, aesthetics, and precision — and we’re building a team that shares that commitment.What You’ll Own Colour Grading & Enhancement:Bring footage to life by balancing and enhancing hues, contrast, and tones to achieve cinematic quality. Creative Collaboration:Work closely with editors, cinematographers, and directors to ensure the colour aligns with the story and mood of each project. Style & Experimentation:Experiment with looks and grading styles, adapting to different projects while maintaining brand consistency. Technical Excellence:Ensure all graded footage meets technical standards for delivery, including broadcast and digital platforms. Workflow Contribution:Suggest improvements to colour grading pipelines, LUTs, and post-production processes for efficiency and consistency.Key Skills Required Proficiency in colour grading software, preferablyDaVinci Resolve . Strong understanding of colour theory, composition, and cinematic storytelling. Ability to adapt grading styles to match different project aesthetics. Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and consistency across multiple projects.Who You Are 3–5 years of experience in video colour grading (commercial, weddings, or branded content preferred). Passionate about storytelling and visual aesthetics. Open to feedback and eager to experiment while maintaining high-quality output.Our Offer Monthly salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 based on experience.
