What you'll do :
Lead AI/ML Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI/ML systems to solve complex challenges across various industries.
Build Scalable Applications: Develop and maintain full-stack applications that seamlessly integrate AI-driven capabilities.
Innovate with Research: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting research and developing AI algorithms using Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, and Deep Learning.
Mentor and Lead: Guide junior engineers, foster a collaborative environment and share knowledge within the team.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to create scalable, high-performing AI products.
Solve Complex Problems: Troubleshoot AI/ML challenges and ensure reliable, high-quality deployments.
Shape AI Strategy: Drive innovation by integrating the latest AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
What you bring :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience delivering impactful AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
- Expertise in full-stack development using front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, or Flask).
- Solid understanding of Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, and architectures like CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
- Proficiency in managing SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
Bonus points if you have :
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying AI solutions.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices for managing large-scale AI/ML deployments.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for seamless full-stack deployments.
