Job Title: Oracle HCM Core Integration Consultant - TechnicalIntroduction We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join our dynamic global team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep technical and functional expertise to lead end-to-end implementations and provide robust post-production support for our enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion HCM solution. You will be the key link between our onsite strategy and offshore delivery teams, ensuring excellence across all HCM modules.Key Responsibilities Lead and contribute to the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, includingCore HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Time & Labor (OTL). Design, develop, and maintain key technical components:HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, HDL scripts, and Payroll Flow Patterns. Provide high-level production support, including troubleshooting complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and managing integrations. Conduct data analysis and scripting usingOracle PL/SQLand perform file operations inUnix/Linuxenvironments. Utilize enterprise tools likeServiceNow, JIRA, and GitHubfor issue tracking, project management, and code delivery. Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage deliverables with a high degree of autonomy.Required Qualifications & Experience 10+ yearsof progressive, hands-on experience withOracle Fusion HCM. Proven track record as afunctional AND technical consultanton multiple full-lifecycle Fusion HCM implementations. Expert-level proficiency inHCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, and Payroll Flow Patterns. Strong analytical and development skills inOracle PL/SQL. Practical experience working withinUnix/Linuxcommand-line environments. Exceptional customer-facing communication and presentation skills, with experience collaborating across different time zones. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead deliverables with minimal supervision.Preferred Qualifications Oracle HCM Cloud Certification. Experience withOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)andOCIinfrastructure. Background supporting large, multi-national enterprise clients.
