Position:Counselling Trainee Employment Type:Full-Time Location:Remote Department:Counselling / Pre-SalesAbout the Role We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us asCounselling Trainees . This role offers structured training, hands-on experience in student/lead counselling, and a clear pathway to becoming a full-time Counsellor with strong earning potential.Training Period Compensation Stipend:₹10,000 (10% TDS applicable) Incentives:Up to ₹15,000 (from Week 3 onwards) Training Duration:45–90 daysPost-Training Compensation In-Hand Salary:₹9,000 Gross Salary:₹10,000 Earning Potential:₹65,000/month ₹40,000 Base Salary Up to ₹25,000 IncentivesKey Responsibilities Conduct180–200 minutesof counselling calls per day. Make120–150 outbound dialsdaily to prospective students/leads. Guide students through course selections, program details, and enrollment processes. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions. Achieve daily/weekly performance targets. Generate small but achievable revenue targets through enrolments. Provide excellent communication, follow-ups, and guidance to potential applicants.Eligibility & Skills Required Undergraduate students / graduates can apply. Strong communication skills in English & Hindi. Ability to dedicate full-time work hours. Basic understanding of counselling, sales, or customer interaction is a plus. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
