Silicon Stack is an Australian based MNC, we have our Head Quarters at Melbourne, Australia. Globally were operating from 6 locations, having clientele in 13+ countries-to name a few Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK. In India were operating from Pune & Hyderabad. We are service based company, and we have grown exponentially.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a proxy Product Manager for the Salesforce product team managing and prioritizing the product backlog, writing clear and actionable user stories, and grooming requirements in collaboration with developers and stakeholders.

- Lead ongoing interactions with business stakeholders across departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.) to capture needs, define solutions, and drive alignment.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Maintain strong understanding of the end-user journey and business processes.

- Facilitate regular stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews with the team.

- Identify and mitigate delivery risks; coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams in the absence of a dedicated Project Manager.

- Champion architectural consistency, data integrity, and usability best practices.

- Support testing, UAT planning, and release coordination with business teams.

- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform capabilities and suggest improvements or innovations that enhance business performance.

Skills & Capabilities

- Business & Product Thinking Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with business outcomes. Experience acting as a product owner or in a product management role is a strong plus.

- Agile Expertise Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Able to run Agile ceremonies and collaborate effectively with development teams.

- Communication & Stakeholder Management Exceptional communication skills. Able to translate complex ideas into clear, concise requirements and build trusted relationships at all levels.

- Problem Solving Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to break down ambiguous problems into structured deliverables.

- Adaptability & Initiative Self-starter comfortable operating without a dedicated project manager; able to adapt quickly and wear multiple hats.

- Collaboration & Influence Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external consultants. Comfortable influencing without :

- 35 years experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Applications Development, or IT Project Management.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules) is essential.

- Experience writing and grooming user stories, creating process flows, and managing backlogs.

- Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid project delivery models.

- Bachelors degree from any discipline.

Preferred :

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst)

- Experience in a global or matrixed organization

- Exposure to tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, etc.
