TMUS India Private Limited is a subsidiary of T-Mobile US, Inc. and operates as TMUS Global Solutions.About the Role: As a Sr Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure, you will be a key member of the CFL Platform Engineering and Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting fast, scalable, and secure software delivery across cloud-native platforms. This hands-on role focuses on CI/CD pipeline development, infrastructure automation, and deployment support. You’ll work closely with DevOps, SRE, and cloud teams to build robust automation solutions and internal tools that help development teams deliver with confidence and speed. The role offers deep exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code, Kubernetes, cloud services (Azure preferred), and DevSecOps practices.What You’ll Do: Design, provision, and manage infrastructure across Azure (preferred), AWS, and GCP Build IaC modules using Terraform, Helm, or ARM templates Architect scalable patterns for networking, service discovery, and load balancing Operate and optimize Kubernetes workloads and core cloud-native components Manage middleware services such as RabbitMQ and HAProxy Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitLab, Jenkins, or Spinnaker Implement automation for infrastructure provisioning and deployment pipelines Improve rollback strategies, release velocity, and deployment reliability Design for fault tolerance, high availability, and cost-effective scaling Integrate monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) Support incident resolution and root cause analysis for infrastructure issues Work cross-functionally with DevOps, SRE, and application engineering teams Participate in architecture discussions and infrastructure roadmap planning Contribute to cloud platform governance, onboarding frameworks, and tooling adoptionWhat You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field 4-7 years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering roles Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and GitLab/Jenkins CI/CD Cloud proficiency with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) Experience with messaging platforms (RabbitMQ), HAProxy, and enterprise-grade networking Solid understanding of IAM, cloud security, and policy enforcement Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud infrastructure environments (preferred) Knowledge of regulated industry requirements (finance, telecom) is a plusMust Have Skills: Application & Microservice: Java, Spring boot, API & Service Design Any CI/CD Tools : Gitlab Pipeline/Test Automation/GitHub Actions/ Jenkins /Circle CI App Platform: Docker & Containers (Kubernetes) Any Databases : SQL & NOSQL (Cassandra/Oracle/Snowflake/MongoDB) Any Messaging: Kafka, Rabbit MQ Any Observability/Monitoring: Splunk/ Grafana/ Open Telemetry /ELK Stack/ Datadog/ New Relic/ Prometheus) Cloud Infra: AWS & AzureNice To Have: Advanced networking: DirectConnect, ExpressRoute, BGP, hub-spoke Experience creating/reviewing infra designs Multi-account/subscription governance (AWS Orgs, Azure Mgmt Groups) Multi-region DR for SQL Server & MongoDB (RTO/RPO patterns) Policy-as-code for infra (OPA/Kyverno) Vendor connectivity patterns (tunnels, gateway isolation)
