Job Description : ServiceNow Administrator
experience : 9 to 12yrs
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Administration:
· Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability and performance.
· Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
2. User Management:
· Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
· Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
3. Configuration and Customization:
· Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
· Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
4. Data Management:
· Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
· Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the platform.
5. Integration:
· Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.
· Develop and maintain API integrations and data import/export processes.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
· Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
· Generate and schedule reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· Strong experience in ServiceNow administration (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
· Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
· Knowledge of ITIL best practices and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
