About the Role:

We are  looking for a NOC Engineer for A2P SMS who will be responsible for managing and testing routes, troubleshoot and communicate with clients and vendors regarding any quality issue.

Job Description/Technical Skills Required:

Good understanding of A2P SMS protocols.

Managing trouble tickets submitted by clients and vendors.

Experience on working with SMS Switch.

Capable of doing routing as requested by sales team.

Identify and troubleshoot the cause of SMS delivery issue.

Updating client and vendor rates on the switch.

Monitor live traffic to maintain quality of service.

Communicating with clients and vendors regarding route quality and testing.

Education: Bachelor or equivalent in Telecommunication/Computing or IT related field.

Language: Fluent in English

Experience: At least 1 year

Job Location: Remote. Anywhere in the world or working from Home
