Job Description : This is a permanent role with a Pre-seed funded enterprise in Fintech domain, a valued client of Grace HR Outsourcing.


Role Overview :


We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer to join our dynamic Fintech team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms, ensuring seamless performance and great user experience.


Key Responsibilities :


- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Backend to define, design, and ship new features.


- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.


- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.


- Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.


- Debug and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance.


- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


- 4 to 7 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3+ years in React Native.


- Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript, React Native, Redux, and related frameworks.


- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and APIs.


- Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design principles.


- Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.


- Experience in Fintech or BFSI domain is a plus.


- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Good to Have :


- Experience with native modules (Android/iOS).


- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.


- Understanding of secure coding practices for financial applications.


Additional Details :


Working Days : Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday working as per banking norms)
