- In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring Procore's compliance framework aligns with industry regulations and best practices.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Implementation and Management: You'll be instrumental in implementing and managing Procore's common/unified controls framework, ensuring adherence to stringent compliance standards.

- Subject Matter Expertise: As a subject matter expert, you'll navigate complex compliance regulations such as ISO27001, SOC1, SOC2, NIST 800-53, and NIST800-171, translating them into actionable controls and processes.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate our Technical Compliance platforms with third-party services, facilitating seamless data flow and functionality.

- Continuous Monitoring: Your role will involve continuously monitoring activities to maintain a real-time conformance view for clients SaaS environments, ensuring ongoing compliance and risk mitigation.

Requirements :

To thrive in this role, we're seeking candidates with the following qualifications :

- Strong Familiarity with Risk Management: You should possess a solid understanding of risk management methodologies and common security control frameworks to effectively navigate compliance challenges.

- Technical Proficiency: Experience with security compliance monitoring tools/solutions, AWS, SIEM tools, GRC platforms, and other infrastructure security tools is essential.

- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills are crucial, enabling you to articulate technical issues to diverse audiences with varying backgrounds.

- Professional Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, GC, and ISO 27001 Auditor will be highly valued.

- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related fields is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical compliance specialist.
