Headquartered in New York City, we support clients nationwide and were ranked the #1 Fastest-Growing Consulting Firm in the U.S. (Consulting Magazine, 2022).Role OverviewWe are seeking highly skilled Full-Stack Web Developers (Angular/React + Python/Flask) to build and maintain enterprise-grade web applications for our healthcare analytics and performance platforms. This role is fully remote — you can work from anywhere, with no requirement to be onsite — offering flexibility and autonomy. You will collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and consulting teams to deliver user-centric, scalable, secure, and high-quality web solutions.Number of Openings: 6Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop end-to-end web applications using AngularJS or React for frontend and Python + Flask for backend.Design, build, integrate, and consume RESTful APIs for internal and external services.Write clean, modular, maintainable, and efficient code across frontend and backend.Ensure UI performance, responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility; build responsive layouts and reusable components.Work with cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure) for deployments, CI/CD, hosting, monitoring, and scaling.Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.Collaborate with QA, DevOps and Product teams to deliver iterative, high-quality releases under Agile methodology.Maintain documentation, follow coding standards and best practices.Required Skills & ExperienceFrontendMinimum ~3 years hands-on experience with AngularJS or React.Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.Solid understanding of component-based architecture, state management, responsive design, reusable UI components.Familiarity with browser behavior, cookies/sessions, debugging tools, cross-browser compatibility.BackendMinimum ~3 years backend development experience using Python and Flask.Strong understanding of REST API design and implementation.Experience working with relational (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB) databases.Ability to write modular, secure and scalable backend code.Experience with authentication/authorization mechanisms (e.g. JWT, OAuth).Preferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with cloud infrastructure — preferably Azure services (App Service, Storage, Key Vault, Monitoring, etc.).Experience with containerization (Docker) and/or container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).Familiarity with CI/CD workflows using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.Knowledge of microservices architecture or distributed system design.Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environment; familiar with tools like Jira or Azure Boards.Experience working with third-party APIs or integration platforms.Work model: Fully RemoteYou can work from any location, provided you have stable internet connectivity.Flexibility to collaborate across time zones, depending on team needs.
