Product Designer

What you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze and synthesize findings to inform design decisions
- Designing user interfaces and experiences that are visually appealing, easy to use, and consistent with our brand identity. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for Investor facing as well as backend products
- Understanding product requirements and helping in shaping the product from idea to actual wireframes
- Collaborating with product manager, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure the feasibility of designs
- Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and platforms
- Planning and conducting usability testing sessions. Gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction and product usability
What we're looking for in you:
- 2-4 years of experience in building digital products
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or relevant years of experience in the industry
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills in designing visually appealing interfaces, design systems and design elements for web, desktop and mobile applications
- Strong sense of self-learning. You should able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator (basic proficiency), After effects, etc.
