Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse, consulting with clients to understand their business processes, developing software solutions, and integrating various systems. The role also involves collaborating with different teams to ensure the solutions meet the business requirements.Key Responsibilities :As part of this role, you will :- Collaborate with both prospective and existing clients to deeply understand their supply chain challenges and business objectives.- Offer strategic, technology-driven solutions to complex operational issues while ensuring adherence to best practices.- Lead consulting project teams and provide direction throughout the engagement lifecycle.- Conduct interactive sessions with clients to capture requirements and shape the solution design collaboratively.- Facilitate deployment workshops to accelerate adoption and deliver early value through our platform.- Design and implement efficient business processes using the capabilities of our Maestro solution.- Ensure accurate system behavior by resolving complex configuration and data integration issues.- Customize the Maestro platform based on client needs as defined in Agile user stories and solution blueprints.- Guide customers in developing long-term solution strategies that leverage Maestro to address multiple planning and operational pain points.- Serve as a trusted advisor, consistently providing high levels of customer engagement and support.- Partner with Sales and Client Engagement teams to demonstrate the platform's capabilities and implementation approach during pre-sales activities.- Act as a solution architect in services-related sales discussions and proposals.Tech & Tools Exposure :You should be comfortable working with :- Analytical and scripting tools like SQL, R, JavaScript, Python, etc.- Manufacturing and supply chain planning systems such as SAP, JDA, Kinaxis, or other similar enterprise solutions.What You Bring :- 10- 15 years of hands-on experience in software consulting, manufacturing operations, or demand/supply planning roles.- History of managing end-to-end solution development and deployment across multiple client engagements.Strong background in supply chain process areas such as :1. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Material Requirements Planning (MRP)2. Sales & Operations Planning3. Forecasting and Demand Planning4. Supply Aggregation and Optimization5. Fulfillment and Inventory Control6. Capacity Planning across internal and external partners- Experience with large-scale ERP implementations, including SAP ECC/APO or equivalent platforms.- Understanding of project lifecycles from business needs assessment through to deployment and change management.- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.- Familiarity with relational databases and scripting in JavaScript or similar environments.Industry exposure in sectors such as :1. High-Tech and Electronics Manufacturing2. Automotive or Industrial Production3. Aerospace & Defense4. Pharmaceuticals or Contract Manufacturing- A bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline. (ref:hirist.tech)
