Job Description :


- You will leverage your expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA to design, build, and configure impactful business applications.

- You will act as a technical leader, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Your Typical Day :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ABAP development on HANA.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP applications on the HANA platform.

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other technical specialists to ensure project alignment.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members on best practices and coding standards.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for successful project execution.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, identifying innovative solutions for a competitive edge.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP ABAP applications on HANA.

- Act as the primary point of contact for project delivery, fostering collaboration across teams.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for successful project delivery.

- Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest advancements in SAP ABAP for HANA.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must-Have Skills :

- Expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

- Experience in designing, building, and configuring complex applications.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Good-To-Have Skills :

- Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.

- Experience with SAP Fiori development and SAP S/4HANA.

- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).

- Experience with SAP HANA administration is a plus.

Additional Information :

- Minimum 7- 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

- Strong educational background in computer science or a related field (e.g., Information Technology).

- Proven track record of delivering impactful and successful SAP ABAP solutions.
