Position:Application Developer – JD Edwards Reference:RTH - Y Sector:Public Role Overview We are seeking an experiencedJD Edwards EnterpriseOne Application Developerto support implementation, upgrade, and customization projects forEnterpriseOne 9.x or above . The role involves technical consulting, development, data migration, and integration activities within large-scale JD Edwards environments. Key Responsibilities Lead or supportJD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.x+implementation and upgrade projects. Perform technical development, customization, retrofit, data conversion, and interface development using JD Edwards tools such as: OMW, RDA, TDA, FDA, Visual Compare, FRW, TC’s, BI Publisher BSFN, BSSV, Orchestrator, Groovy Scripts(added advantage) Translate and mapbusiness requirements into technical specifications . Develop detailedtechnical design documentsfor new developments. Conductunit testingand supportCRP/iCRP/UATcycles. Collaborate with functional teams to executebusiness process testing . Manage project timelines, work assignments, and deliverables across teams. Ensure adherence toJD Edwards development standardsand methodologies. Utilize productivity tools effectively ( MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, MS SharePoint , etc.). Required Experience Minimum10 years of IT experience , with recent focus onJD Edwards EnterpriseOne(preferably version 9.1 or later). At leastone full-cycle EnterpriseOne implementation or upgradeproject. Proven expertise in: JD Edwards customization and retrofit Data conversion and integration development E1 development methods and standards Qualifications & Soft Skills Bachelor’s degree(or higher) in Information Technology or a related field. Oracle / JD Edwards certification(preferred). 2–3 years of onsite consulting experience(advantageous). Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and communicationskills. Proactive self-starter with the ability to handlemultiple priorities . Flexible and collaborative, with a professional consulting attitude.
