You will integrate security practices into DevOps workflows, ensure compliance, and enable rapid, reliable deployments across AWS environments. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the best minds serving insurance customers in US, UK, and Canadian markets.Key Responsibilities Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, or GitLab. Integrate security tools like SonarQube and Snyk into pipelines for code quality and vulnerability scanning. Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Terraform and AWS/Azure. Containerize and deploy API services on AWS ECS/EKS. Implement monitoring and observability using tools such as Datadog. Manage role-based access controls, secrets, and compliance policies. Coordinate closely with API development teams to ensure smooth integration and secure deployments. Conduct post-deployment validation, create documentation, and support knowledge transfer. Integrate SAST and SCA tools into CI/CD pipelines and support DAST and penetration testing automation. Implement AI-driven container security measures including image scanning and signing. Ensure vulnerability management and patch management processes are followed. Collaborate on threat modeling and security posture assessments. Enable smart deployment strategies (Blue/Green, Canary) and release automation. Support AIOps-driven incident response and monitoring for self-healing capabilities.Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in DevOps & CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, GitLab). Hands-on with security tools (SonarQube, Snyk). Expertise in AWS services, including API Gateway, ECS/EKS, IAM. Proficiency in Terraform / AWS CDK for IaC/ Azure. Familiarity with API management, secrets management, and OWASP principles. Experience with scripting for automation. Knowledge of SAST, DAST, container security, and vulnerability management. Understanding of threat modeling and security posture assessments. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have Experience in property & casualty insurance domain and good understanding of policy life cycle.
