React- CSS Expertise : Proficiency in modern CSS techniques, including SCSS, CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS libraries like Styled Components and Emotion.- Performance Optimization : Proven experience in performance profiling and optimization using tools such as React Profiler, Lighthouse, and Webpack Bundle Analyzer.- Micro Frontend Architecture : Experience in architecting and implementing scalable micro frontend solutions, with frameworks like Next.js for SSR/SSG.- CI/CD and DevOps : Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.- Cloud and Containerization : Proficient in containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Required Soft Skills : - Exceptional problem-solving abilities.- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Strong teamwork and communication skills.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Experience speaking at conferences, contributing to open-source projects, or writing technical content is a plus.
