The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, cloud-native AI/ML systems, and a proven track record of driving end-to-end AI transformation initiatives across industries.Roles and Responsibilities: Define and driveAI/ML architecture strategiesusing GCP services (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, TensorFlow, Generative AI Studio). LeadAI solution design and implementationacross enterprise applications, data platforms, and customer-facing products. Architect and deployscalable, secure, and cost-optimized AI/ML solutionsin cloud and hybrid environments. Collaborate withdata scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholdersto translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions. Evaluate and integrateGenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and conversational AI platformsfor enterprise use cases. Providetechnical leadership and governance , ensuring best practices in AI architecture, model lifecycle management (MLOps), and responsible AI. Mentor and guide engineering teams onAI/ML frameworks, pipelines, and cloud-native development . Stay updated with emergingAI trends, Google Cloud innovations, and industry practicesto influence strategic roadmaps.Required Skills: 15–18 years of overall IT experience , withat least 6–8 years in AI/ML architecture and solutioning . Deep expertise inGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)– Vertex AI, BigQuery, AI/ML APIs, TensorFlow, AutoML, and Dataflow. Strong knowledge ofGenerative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) , andAgentic AI systems . Hands-on experience inMLOps, CI/CD for ML, model governance, and monitoring . Proven track record in designing and deployingenterprise-scale AI/ML solutions . Proficiency inPython, Java, or Scalawith strong knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Solid understanding ofdata engineering, data lakes, ETL pipelines, and API-driven integrations . Strong expertise inenterprise architecture frameworks(TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and microservices/cloud-native patterns. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Desired Skills: Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning EngineerorGoogle Cloud Professional Cloud Architectcertification. Experience withmulti-cloud and hybrid AI strategies(AWS, Azure). Exposure toAI ethics, explainability, and compliance frameworks . Industry expertise inbanking, retail, healthcare, or telecomis a plus.
