Key Responsibilities :- Implement and configure Celonis EMS for process mining use cases.- Analyze business processes using Celonis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation.- Write complex PQL (Process Query Language) queries to build data models and extract meaningful insights.- Design and develop interactive dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports using Celonis.- Develop and maintain automation flows to trigger process improvements.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Integrate Celonis with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce for end-to-end visibility.- Support performance tuning, data quality validation, and ongoing maintenance of Celonis applications.- Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for internal teams and end-users.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Minimum 6+ years of overall experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement.- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Celonis EMS.- Strong proficiency in PQL and SQL for data querying and transformation.- Experience building end-to-end dashboards, KPIs, and reports in Celonis.- Working knowledge of ERP/CRM integrations (preferably SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive actionable insights from process data.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business and technical teams.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications :- Celonis Certification is a plus.- Exposure to automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python) is an added advantage.- Experience in business process re-engineering or transformation initiatives.
