About The RoleThe Llama Club (TLC) is AIM’s invite-only global council built for high-profile AI startup founders, venture partners, and enterprise AI leaders. TLC’s mission is to become the go-to global community for AI builders powered by content, curated engagements, collaborations, strategic partnerships, and media visibility. We are looking for an Associate, Global AI Community & Growth to help us scale TLC into a powerful global ecosystem spanning the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of community building, growth, content, research, and partnerships.Key Responsibilities 1. Community Growth & Strategy ● Contribute to the overall community-building roadmap for TLC. ● Develop strategies to strengthen global founder, VC, and enterprise engagement. ● Manage chapter-level activities across India, US, and international ecosystems.2. Event Programming & Initiative Execution ● Plan and execute online/offline TLC initiatives, mixers, roundtables, workshops, and global chapter events. ● Support curation of agendas, speaker lists, themes, and outcomes for each program.3. Community Moderation & Relationship Management ● Maintain active communication with founders, advisors, and ecosystem partners. ● Support onboarding, engagement rhythms, and strategic member communication.4. Market Research & Intelligence ● Track global AI startup movements, ecosystem developments, and emerging themes. ● Build insights and founder/VC databases that support programming & partnerships.5. Content & Social Media ● Support content creation for TLC narratives, thought leadership, newsletters, and event recaps. ● Coordinate with design/content teams for LinkedIn and social amplification.6. Campaign & Partnership Execution ● Run delegate acquisition and outreach campaigns for TLC’s global events.What We’re Looking For ● 1– 2 years of experience in community building, startups, VC ecosystem, growth, or event operations. ● Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. ● High execution drive with ability to manage multiple initiatives end-to-end. ● Passion for AI, startups, and founders’ ecosystem. ● Ability to work in a fast-moving, global, founder-facing environment.Why Join Us ● Work directly with global AI founders, investors, and operators. ● Shape a high-visibility AI community with global impact. ● Be part of the team building the world's most aspirational AI founder forum.
