Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced AI/ML Library Developer with strong expertise in C/C++ to lead the development and enhancement of internal AI/ML libraries . You'll play a key role in designing performant, reusable code and mentoring junior team members to bring our ML infrastructure to the next level.

This role is hands-on with a focus on system-level performance, extensibility, and integration into AI/ML pipelines . Ideal candidates have solid exposure to machine learning fundamentals , systems programming , and experience building libraries that are used across multiple products or models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance AI/ML libraries in C/C++

  • Update and refactor existing libraries to meet current ML infrastructure requirements

  • Collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to integrate libraries into ML pipelines

  • Lead integration with downstream systems (Python APIs, CUDA, etc.)

  • Write clean, scalable, well-documented code

  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

  • Optimize libraries for speed, memory, and cross-platform compatibility

✅ Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ (multithreading, memory management, STL, etc.)

  • Experience with AI/ML systems or pipelines
