Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with a strong background in managing Kubernetes clusters, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and experience in AWS infrastructure management. You will work closely with software engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Kubernetes Management: Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalable and secure applications.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, develop, and maintain build and deployment pipelines using BitBucket Pipelines or similar tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
  • AWS Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) to ensure high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.
  • Automation & Configuration Management: Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Monitoring & Incident Management: Implement and manage monitoring solutions (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure the security of the cloud environment, applying best practices in identity management, encryption, and network security.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to improve the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and optimize the development workflow.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and detailed documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Expertise in managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably using BitBucket Pipelines.
  • Proficient in AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools (Bash, Python, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex infrastructure and deployment issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or AWS Solutions Architect.
  • Familiarity with GitOps workflows.
  • Knowledge of BitBucket, Git, and best practices in version control and branching strategies.
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools like ELK stack, Datadog, or Splunk.
  • Familiarity with BitBucket Pipelines or other CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
