Hiring: Civil Projects Coordinator – Hotel Renovation Projects

We are looking for a Civil Projects Coordinator to join our project team in Ahmedabad. This role is designed to support the Civil and MEPF Project Leads in driving the renovation of our hotel assets to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist project leads with administration, documentation, and tracking of civil & MEPF works

Support in billing, measurements, and preparation/verification of BOQs

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure quality, timelines, and compliance

Assist in vendor development and procurement-related evaluations

Maintain structured records of observations, site visits, and follow-ups

Requirements:

Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering (or related field)

3+ years’ experience with a turnkey contractor or PMC firm (hospitality, commercial, or high-end real estate projects preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Willingness to be based in Ahmedabad with travel to other project sites as required
