JOB DESCRIPTION:Overview We are seeking a highly skilledL3 Azure & Windows Server Engineerwith strong scripting and automation expertise. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently handling complex technical issues, driving technical discussions, and contributing to the improvement of operational efficiency through automation.Key Responsibilities ProvideL3-level supportfor complex issues inAzureandWindows Serverenvironments. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of Azure services and Windows Servers. Perform root cause analysis, resolve support tickets, and ensure adherence toITIL processesandSLAs . Develop and maintain automation scripts usingPowerShell ,Azure CLI , andAzure Automationto streamline operations and reduce manual effort. Serve as aSubject Matter Expert (SME)and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams. Lead and participate in discussions related to system issues, improvements, and best practices. Execute patching activities in compliance withITIL-based change managementprocedures, including creating and managing change records. Ensure reliability, security, and high availability across Azure and Windows Server infrastructures.Required Skills & Experience 5–8+ yearsof hands-on experience withWindows Server administration(2012/2016/2019/2022). 3+ yearsof experience supporting medium to large-scaleAzure environments . Strong scripting and automation skills usingPowerShell ,Azure CLI , and Azure Automation. Proven ability to work independently on complex technical issues without escalation. Solid knowledge ofnetwork protocolsand technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and core security concepts. Experience with ITIL-guided ticketing, incident, and change management processes.
