Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence (BI) team.

You will play a crucial role in extracting valuable insights from our data to support informed decision-making across the organization.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including building complex SQL queries, performing advanced data analysis, creating compelling data visualizations using Tableau, and collaborating effectively with business stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience writing complex queries for data retrieval and manipulation.

- In-depth knowledge of advanced SQL concepts and techniques.

- Proven experience in using Tableau (preferably latest versions starting from 2022.X) for data visualization and storytelling.

- Experience in building various types of charts and dashboards to effectively communicate insights.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with business teams and translate data into actionable insights.

- Ability to coordinate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

- Experience with JIRA and agile development methodologies (preferred).

- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.

Desired Skills (Plus Points) :

- Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools, including data pipelines and data flows (ETL/ELT processes).

- Experience with scripting languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis (a plus).

- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g.AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities :

- Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from various sources.

- Perform advanced data analysis techniques such as statistical analysis, data mining, and trend identification.

- Develop insightful dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to communicate data findings effectively.

- Collaborate with business teams to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.

- Participate in the development of data-driven solutions to improve business processes and decision-making.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.

- Document data analysis processes and findings for future reference.
