QE Director

Management & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor and manage the QE team by providing guidelines, career development recommendations
- Define , Communicate and Deliver clear quality objectives, policies and procedures
QA Strategy and Planning:
- Develop a QE Strategy that is comprehensive and aligns with Client’s organization goals and objectives
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators( KPI’s) and quality metrics
- Drive transition from incumbent/existing teams with a clear set of planned activities with right deliverables and KT exit criteria.
Processes:
- Design, implement and maintain effective QA processes and methods
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are consistently applied across the organization.
Testing:
- Provide delivery governance and oversight on all testing and test automation activities
- Establish QE gates and protocols and define a playbook for the team to follow through
- Create standardized templates and checklists and in compliance with the standards and rules
Team Culture:
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvements.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvements.
- Work closely with cross functional departments and teams to address quality related issues and drive improvements.
Qualifications:
- 18+ years of Quality Engineering expertise across domains / industries
- Automation hands-on experience – strategy, framework and scripts development experience is a MUST
- Healthcare Domain experience is required(5 + years)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and decision making capabilities
- Vast knowledge on test practices, testing industry trends, tools
