React Lead – Immediate Joiners Preferred Location:Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Noida Experience:10–15 YearsAbout the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedUI Developerwith 12–15 years of hands-on expertise in front-end technologies, particularlyReact.jsandIonic Framework , to lead our UI development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and delivering high-performance, scalable, and cross-platform applications.Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of responsive, cross-platform applications usingIonic Framework . Build and maintain dynamic user interfaces usingJavaScript/TypeScriptandReact.js . Implement robust state management usingReduxor similar libraries. Integrate front-end components withGraphQLorRESTful APIs , includingGoogle Mapsandvideo streaming solutions . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions. UtilizeAWS services(e.g., S3, CloudFront, Lambda) for deployment, scalability, and performance optimization. Write and maintain unit and integration tests usingReact Testing Library ,Jest , or equivalent frameworks. Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility for seamless user experiences.Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency inReact.js ,JavaScript ,TypeScript , andIonic Framework . Experience withNode.jsand familiarity withAWS servicesis a strong advantage. Solid understanding offrontend architecture ,performance optimization , andsecurity best practices . Proven ability to lead and mentor UI development teams. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
