Responsibilities :

- Utilize Oracle Apps Technical skills across various modules to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain Oracle applications using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Developer Suite.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide technical recommendations.

- Implement change management tools, including source control practices and branching strategies, to manage codebase efficiently.

- Customize Oracle applications as per client requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.

- Provide technical expertise and support during all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

-Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables.

- Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.

- Stay updated with Oracle technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance technical capabilities and drive innovation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Application Technical Consultant, with expertise in Oracle Apps Technical skills across any module.

- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Developer Suite.

- Experience with change management tools and source control practices, including branching strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Applications is a plus.

- Certification in Oracle technologies is desirable.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
