With a commitment to high-quality execution, Blueladder Enterprises focuses on creating integrated environments that elevate experiences.We’re Hiring — Estimation & Tendering Engineer (Commercial Interiors)Location:Visakhapatnam, Andhra PradeshExperience Required:3–8 Years Industry:Commercial Interiors / Fit-Out / Government Projects We are looking for a dynamic and experiencedEstimation & Tendering Engineerto join our team forcommercial interior projects . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in market rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and hands-on experience in government tenders and bidding processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailedcost estimatesfor commercial interior projects. Analyzemarket ratesfor materials, labor, and subcontract works. Performrate analysisfor line items and prepare item-wise costing. Prepare and verifyBOQs, tender documents, and technical submissions . Handletendering and biddingprocesses for government and PSU projects (GeM, e-procurement portals, etc.). Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Evaluate tenders and assist incontract negotiations . Support project teams with cost control and budget monitoring. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Quantity Surveying or related field. Strong knowledge ofcommercial interior worksand fit-out activities. Excellent knowledge ofmarket rates and vendor base . Experience ingovernment tenders, bidding, and compliance documentation . Proficiency inMS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software .
