Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in Java programming, with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining complex, scalable, and high-performance applications. The Senior Java Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch software solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and Development :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Java-based applications.

- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design robust, scalable solutions.

- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code following best practices and standards.

Technical Leadership :

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical direction and oversight.

- Review code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Participate in architectural and design discussions, contributing to technical decision-making.

Maintenance and Optimization :

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Optimize application performance, focusing on improving speed, scalability, and reliability.

- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to keep applications up-to-date.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on progress and challenges.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement :

- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions.

- Continuously improve development processes, tools, and methodologies.

- Explore and implement new technologies and frameworks to enhance the development workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in Java programming with 7+ years of hands-on experience.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Apache Kafka.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.

- Proficiency in database technologies, including SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Problem-Solving Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Strong leadership qualities with experience in mentoring junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
