This role requires a strong technical foundation in.NET Core, ASP.NET, React.js, and SQL Server , combined with leadership qualities to mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence.Key Responsibilities Lead thedesign, development, and maintenanceof enterprise-grade web applications using.NET Core/ASP.NET, C#, and React.js . Architect, implement, and optimizeRESTful APIs and microservices , ensuring high scalability and performance. Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned withbest practices, coding standards, and design patterns . Collaborate closely withUI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teamsto deliver high-quality software solutions. Conductcode reviews, debugging, and performance tuningto ensure application reliability. Contribute tosystem architecture discussionsand propose innovative solutions for complex business challenges. ChampionDevOps practices , including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies. Stay abreast of the latest trends in.NET, React.js, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and full-stack development practices . Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering aculture of collaboration, learning, and technical excellence .Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ yearsof proven hands-on experience in.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C#development. Strong expertise inReact.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 , and modern frontend frameworks. Proficiency withEntity Framework/EF Core, LINQ, and SQL Server . Solid understanding ofRESTful APIs, microservices architecture, authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT), and web security best practices . Experience withGit, branching strategies, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) . Strong background inunit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD) . Working knowledge ofAgile/Scrum methodologiesand collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence). Excellentproblem-solving, communication, and leadership skills .
