The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth loan processing, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering an excellent experience to students and their families.Key Responsibilities: Manage Loan Processes:Support and coordinate the steps involved in processing education loans for study abroad students. Team Collaboration:Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to improve and streamline loan services. Monitor & Report:Track and maintain oversight of loan applications from the vendor end, ensuring timely updates. Customer Experience:Ensure the loan application journey is seamless, transparent, and stress-free for students and families. Problem-Solving:Identify issues or bottlenecks quickly and implement solutions to avoid delays. Follow-Up:Regularly engage with students and families, providing updates and necessary information regarding their loan status. Adaptability:Take on diverse responsibilities within the loan process and provide support wherever required.What We’re Looking For Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
