Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a VLSI Instructor. The VLSI Instructor will be responsible for preparing and delivering course content, conducting lectures and hands-on training sessions, assessing student progress, and providing academic support. Additionally, the instructor will keep course material up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. Collaboration with academic and industry partners to enhance curriculum and ensure high standards of education will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in VLSI Design
  • Familiarity with HDL (Hardware Description Languages) like VHDL or Verilog
  • Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics
  • Proficiency in Scripting Languages like Python, Perl, or TCL
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Prior teaching or training experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
