The role demands strong industry outreach, stakeholder management and a sound understanding of hiring needs in fast-growing digital fields.Key Responsibilities • Expand Employer Network: Identify, engage, and onboard companies to create a strong and active hiring pipeline. • Deepen Corporate Relationships: Build trusted partnerships with HR and business leaders, ensuring consistent job opportunities. • Match Learners to Roles: Coordinate with placement teams to align openings with learner skills and program tracks. • Gather Hiring Insights: Stay updated on industry requirements and translate them into placement strategies. • Monitor & Improve Outcomes: Track placement performance, streamline processes, and drive higher conversion rates. • Deliver on Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly placement goals while ensuring partner and learner satisfaction.Requirements • MBA preferred or equivalent relevant experience. • Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Recruitment, or Placements, ideally in Education or tech domains. • Strong network and understanding of hiring trends in Data Science, Analytics, and Digital Marketing. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to operate in a dynamic, target-driven environment.Why Join Us?
