About the Role -We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET Core on the backend and Angular or React on the frontend. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on coding expertise, and experience delivering scalable enterprise-grade applications. You will work closely with the CTO and the technology team to design, build, and optimize solutions for our platform.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications using .NET Core and Angular/React. Build RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration with internal and external systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices. Optimize application performance, security, and responsiveness. Work with cloud environments (Azure/AWS) for deployment and scaling. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack. Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.Required Skills & Experience Backend: Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework/Core. Frontend: Proficiency in Angular or React, with deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. Databases: Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, and working knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis). Architecture & Tools: Familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes. Cloud: Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS (preferred). Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications Experience working in logistics, fintech, or product startup environments. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to security best practices (OAuth, JWT, SSO, etc.).  Strong communication and collaboration skills.Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
