We have a requirement for Technical Lead - Mobile App development. Please find below the job details:

Overview: As the Technical Lead - Mobile App Development at Miracle of Mind, you will be at the forefront of developing our ground breaking mental health app. You will lead a team of talented developers, working closely with product managers and designers to create a high-quality, user-friendly mobile application that leverages the ancient wisdom of meditation to empower users globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our mobile application using Flutter or React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
  • Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and high standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Design technical architecture and interfaces to ensure scalability and robustness.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks, and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Develop UI components and translate Figma designs to pixel-perfect UI components.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the app remains competitive and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Flutter with an excellent understanding of Dart, or proficient in React Native with a strong understanding of JavaScript.
  • Extensive experience in building and deploying mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong background in reviewing code and ensuring code quality.
  • Expertise in designing technical architecture and interfaces.
  • Proven experience in developing UI components and translating Figma designs to pixel-perfect UI components.
  • Proficient in mobile application testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
  • Extensive experience with Git, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for meditation, mental health and wellness.
  • Experience working in large scale B2C products is a must.


Location: Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore / Remote

Working Days: Monday to Saturday


Experience Level: 8+ years of experience as a developer, with 5+ years as a mobile application developer specializing in Flutter or React Native. Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams is essential. Experience working in large scale B2C products is a plus.
