We will consider flexible working arrangements for any of our roles and also offer work place accommodations to ensure you have what you need to effectively deliver in your role.Job Summary:As part of this exciting transformation role, you will be a part of the Investments Engineering – QA practice and shall be responsible for implementing the Automation roadmap across various Investments Platform squads.Knowledge & Skills:Confidence & excellent communication: - Able to converse and interact with Product owners Delivery leads and Portfolio leads on Test activitiesAble to mentor QA engineers in automation activities and assist in resolving automation related issuesFront End Automation with Selenium-C#. NET/.NET Core /Playwright using Spec flow frameworkAPI Automation for REST APIs with Postman & Rest AssuredAutomated Database/Back-end Test AutomationIntegration and running of Automated Test suite within the Azure DevOps pipeline to achieve continuous deliveryExperience of Test & Defect Management tools like Jira/Zephyr/HP-ALM/ADOProficient in SQLAbility to use opensource tools and off shelf tools and open to experiment new toolsProficient in TDD and BDD processesUnderstanding of Frontend and Backend systems and can-do basic debugging and configurationExcellent analytical abilities and abilities to debug and walkthrough issuesGood to Have:Performance testing experience, Role-Based Security TestingFront-End Automation - Karate UI, UI Path, Cypress, BrowserstackLanguages - Python, Java, JavaScript, React.js, node.jsBDD Frameworks – Cucumber, KarateTest Runners – Junit, Nunit, TestNGETLAPI automation using Swagger, Karate API, Playwright.Experience:7+ Yrs. of Experience in Test Automation which includes Automation Framework design and implementation, building test automation suites and integrating the same with DevOps pipeline.Educational Qualification:Graduate in any discipline.M&G Behaviors relevant to all roles:Tell it like it is: Respectfully speaking up to create better ways forward – both direct and empatheticOwn it now: Putting your name on things with confidence to drive progress and results quicklyMove it forward together: Forming cross functional teams to seize the right opportunities and solve real problems.........................................…………With CARE and INTEGRITY………………………………………………………...
